Check St. Francis Custody on VINELink

A VINELink custody check can follow one person after a St. Francis County arrest and can provide notice when an eligible custody status changes. Arkansas VINE covers participating county jails and state correctional custody, and the St. Francis County booking system is connected to it. The service also supports release or transfer alerts. It does not replace the Sheriff's booking profile, a court record, or a federal locator. Searchers should match the right person with care and confirm urgent custody questions through the jail because fresh intake data can take time to appear.

Check St. Francis Custody Status

Start with the right record type. Pick Arkansas, then choose the county-jail or state-custody category that fits what you know. Depending on the category, Arkansas materials allow searching by name, offender or booking number, case number, ADC number, or supervision PID. A PID is simply the identifier used in supervision records.

  1. Open VINELink and select Arkansas.
  2. Choose the custody or case category that matches the person.
  3. Enter the full name or a known official identifier.
  4. Review all possible matches rather than selecting by name alone.
  5. Compare date of birth, offender number, location, and custody status.
  6. Open the correct record before choosing any alert options.

Expect multiple matches, since spellings can differ. A missing result can mean intake lag, a transfer, a released record, a sealed matter, or the wrong custody category. The county booking number from the official Sheriff profile makes any match more reliable.

Arkansas VINELink Search Screen

The official VINELink service provides the live state-selection and person-search interface.

The VINELink search screen is where every query begins, with fields for the state, custody category, and identifier. Labels and prompts can change over time. Follow the live prompts when you register.

St. Francis VINELink Result Fields

Result fields vary by source, whether a county jail, ADC, supervision, or a participating court. A scheduled date can change. Treat the result as a custody-status tool. Verify any high-stakes change with the office that owns the record.

Possible fieldWhat it tells you
Name and numberThe identity label and offender, booking, or supervision identifier.
Date of birthA match field that helps distinguish similar names.
Custody statusWhether the participating system reports custody, release, or another status.
LocationThe reported jail, correctional facility, or supervision location.
Scheduled release dateA projected date where the source supplies one; it can change.
Parole eligibilityAn ADC date for an eligible state record, not a release promise.
Court eventType, date, time, or place where participating court data is present.

A custody result has limits. It will not explain every hold, detainer, bond term, or court outcome. The jail, corrections agency, or court that holds the record remains the authority on those details.

Register St. Francis Custody Alerts

Registration attaches to the matched record. Events can include release, transfer, or another custody change. Arkansas materials describe phone and email signup through VINELink; phone registration uses a number plus a four-digit PIN. That PIN lets the recipient confirm a call or manage the registration.

  1. Open the correct person's record and choose the notification option.
  2. Select each available custody event that matters.
  3. Enter a phone number with area code or a supported email address.
  4. Create and retain the four-digit PIN.
  5. Review the contact details before confirming registration.
  6. Respond to notification prompts as instructed by the live service.

For some events, Arkansas documentation describes repeated notification attempts until the recipient confirms. Where the interface allows it, more than one phone or email can be registered. Keep contact details current. Silence does not mean nothing changed.

How Fast St. Francis Data Moves

Arkansas publishes a transfer interval of every 15 minutes for county-jail data. Transfers run all day, every day. ADC data moves hourly. Court and supervision data may move just once daily. These are system intervals. They are not a promise that a new arrest is searchable 15 minutes after the handcuffs. Before any transfer happens, the St. Francis County Detention Center has to process the intake and enter the data. Identity review or a later correction can also affect a match.

Just arrested? Check the Sheriff's current roster first, or use the Arrests Last 24 Hours path. Call the jail at 870-633-2611 when an urgent status question remains open.

Verify urgent changes: A transfer schedule is not a guarantee of instant posting or delivery.

Two St. Francis Alert Systems

Two alert systems serve St. Francis County, and they do different jobs. VINE follows an eligible person's custody record. The Sheriff's website alert signup sends text or email notice when new items are published to the county site, which may include public notices or press releases. It is not a real-time booking alert. The Sheriff's mobile app also carries inmate information, press releases, most wanted items, special alerts, FAQs, contact messages, and crime tips. It is another route to official county content, though nothing shows it has a private roster, a separate update cadence, or a different booking-photo policy.

Choose by goal. Use VINE for a release or transfer notice tied to a matched record. Use Sheriff alerts or the app to follow site publications. For a records correction, contact the Sheriff's administrative division rather than either notification channel.

St. Francis VINELink Limits

VINELink answers a narrow question. It does not cover every place a person might be held. The federal Bureau of Prisons locator, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the ICE detainee locator each sit outside it. That gap matters locally. The St. Francis County detention center says it may hold federal inmates awaiting extradition, so a name on the county arrest roster can carry a federal hold. VINELink is not a general federal search. Use the BOP locator for federal prison custody. Turn to ICE for eligible immigration detention. The Marshals Service states it will not release federal prisoner photographs, and the Arkansas DOC offender search is not the county booking roster either. Each tool answers a different custody question, so match the search to the hold you are asking about.

After a St. Francis Alert

A release alert means one thing only. The participating source reported that custody ended. It says nothing about the conditions that follow. A transfer alert means the location or custody agency changed, which is not the same as release into the community. When the distinction matters, confirm the event with the named jail or corrections agency. Notification services cannot guarantee physical safety or give legal advice. Guard the PIN. Keep the registration details saved, and call the VINE network operations number, 1-800-865-4314, for system help. The Sheriff owns St. Francis County booking record questions. The court owns case judgment questions. Custody status and court disposition stay separate. A person can be released while charges remain pending, or transfer to state custody after sentencing. "Disposition" simply means the recorded case outcome, so read each alert in that narrower context.

St. Francis VINE Connection

The Sheriff's own site makes the connection plain. Its St. Francis County Detention Center page states that the booking system links to V.I.N.E. That is the local word on participation.

The county confirms it takes part. That is all it says. Arkansas VINE holds the finer points. Transfer intervals, search categories, registration, and notification support all come from there.
